About the Speaker:
Virginia E. Whitham, SPHR, SHRM-SCP
Chief Human Resources Officer
Virginia E. Whitham, SPHR, SHRM-SCP is the Chief Human Resources Officer for Navy Army Community Credit Union (NACCU). She has Twenty-five years’ experience in human resources, with fifteen years in the financial and insurance industry. Currently NACCU has a workforce of over 700 positions, with 21 locations including a Real Estate Center and 4 Administrative locations in the Coastal Bend and the Rio Grande Valley. She guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the Credit Union (CU). Virginia has worked with top executives and boards of directors focusing on organizational development, executive compensation, and culture. Virginia is a Certified Senior Professional with both HRCI and SHRM, graduate of Columbia College, Missouri - BS Business Administration. Virginia believes in creating an environment where employees can thrive, be engaged, and deliver world class service.
