Claudia Camacho is a high-impact Human Resources executive who brings over 16 years of experience transforming people strategies into business results. As Vice President / Director, HR & Administration at CAVIS Energy, she partners with leaders to build strong cultures, elevate talent, and drive performance in fast-paced environments.
With a Master of Business Administration and both SHRM-SCP and PHR certifications, Claudia combines deep expertise with a practical, results-driven approach. She is a passionate advocate for the HR profession and has been an active leader in SHRM since 2009, currently serving as a District Director for Texas SHRM and previously as a Chapter President.
Claudia’s impact extends well beyond the workplace. She serves on multiple nonprofit boards, including the Girl Scouts of the Desert Southwest and Junior Achievement of El Paso, and is deeply committed to supporting veterans through workforce development and certification programs.
